Returns & Exchange

We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
• Hijab pins, jewellery (earrings) and fragrance cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

How to request an exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. We’ll confirm and arrange a pickup or share our return address.
3. Your replacement is dispatched once we receive the original item.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
