Product colours and details
We photograph our products carefully, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are approximate. If you are unsure about a colour or size, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will send you a real photo.
Delivery
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and can change during holidays, bad weather or courier delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Exchanges and damaged items
Exchanges are accepted under our Returns & Exchange policy. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel
Please only order items you intend to receive. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels without a valid reason may lead us to ask for advance payment on future orders.
